You can cancel an order that hasn’t been delivered, if it’s a regularly stocked item or something we haven’t made especially for you, within 7 days of purchase without any penalty, we understand things happen. If your order has been processed, there will likely be a cancellation fee of 25% to cover our costs in getting your order ready to deliver, things like order processing, moving it within the warehouse with a forklift, and then re-entering it in the system and re-stacking the order safely. If we haven’t started that process, there will be no charge. Contact us on: 1800 4 TILES or Onlinesales@tile.com.au.
Credit & Returns
If for any reason you have a quality concern or wish to return your items, we’re here to help.
When Can I Return My Tiles?
If there’s a quality issue, of course, we’ll help out! It’s also useful to read our Credit & Returns Policy and our Terms & Conditions of Sale as they’ll help guide you with the best steps to take.
If you’ve read the documents above and need to return your tiles, here’s what you need to do;
- Ensure you have your proof of purchase (eg. your invoice), so we can quickly find your purchase details within our system.
- If you purchased your tiles in-store, contact the same store as they will have your purchase details handy and can help you.
If you purchased online, contact us via onlinesales@tile.com.au (your invoice will also have the contact details).
Detailed Return policy:
Before you place an order, always double check your measurements and the quantities you order, ensuring you order some spares... just in case. Our team of experts are always here and ready to help you make great choices.
Credits & Returns
1. Faulty Goods We stand behind our tiles and other products, and will be happy to exchange or refund your money on any faulty goods. Please make sure you carefully inspect your purchase BEFORE they are installed.
2. Returns If you change your mind we are happy for you to return anything we don’t have to specially order in from an outside supplier. Specially ordered goods do not form part of our core range. Therefore, we will ask you to be extra sure before placing an order for any specially ordered goods. If you change your mind and wish to return goods, you will need to show us your original sales docket and they must be in full unopened box lots in good, re-saleable condition. As tiles are manufactured in batches (meaning there may be variation from batch to batch) we can only accept tiles from a batch currently stocked in the local Distribution Centre (Product identified as Clearance and purchased either instore or online is NOT current batch stock and therefore cannot be returned). As it costs a lot to handle and transport goods, unfortunately we have to charge a 25% restocking fee to cover the costs incurred in handling returned product. In addition, depending on the location of the Beaumont Tiles store, there may be an additional freight charge deducted from the value of return to cover the transport charges for returning the goods to the local Distribution Centre. If you return your goods within 7 days of purchase, we are happy to waive these fees. Goods cannot be considered for return after 30 days from purchase, unless deemed as faulty. We will also allow you to return any goods if you have a right to do so under Australian Consumer Law.
3. Order Cancellations You may cancel an order that has not yet been delivered, of regular stocked items, within 7 days of purchase without penalty. We understand things happen. If you cancel your order after 7 days from purchase, there will likely be a cancellation fee of 25% of the invoice value. This is because we will have incurred costs in getting your order ready for delivery. If however, we find that your order has not been processed during this time, there will be NO charge. Any order specially ordered in from an outside supplier cannot be cancelled or returned. Therefore, we will ask you to be extra sure before placing an order for any Special Order items.
Legal T&Cs: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The above outline of the Beaumont Tiles Credits & Returns Policy is to provide you a clear and simple outline of how we will manage any situations requiring the credit or return of goods. The rights set out above are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our expert team. #ichosebeaumonts tile.com.au BT481 - 062021
